Unhappy with Scott Paper Products
The same thing happened to me, 20 roll pack. But they have great customer service.
And there was supposed to be a survey which I was looking forward to, but it was just dead air after she hung up.. She was great, efficient and friendly. I think this is probably just a bad run.
Because I have been using Scott toilet paper for over 30 years on our septic and never had this issue. But thanks Scott for having such good customer service

I have always used Scott but it's time to try something else if they can't take care of the perforated issue with tearing. More and more this happens and you waste so much paper.
Apparently there equipment needs adjusting or replacing. Maybe poor quality control or employees.
